SEATSY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.seatsy.com (“Website”) operated by Seatsy L.L.C-FZ (“Seatsy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Seatsy is a hospitality ticketing reseller for sporting and music events. Registered Entity:

2. Our Role

• Seatsy is a reseller of hospitality and event tickets.
• We are not the event organiser, venue operator, or promoter.
• All tickets sold are sourced exclusively through authorised resellers and trusted
• partners.
• All tickets sold by Seatsy are 100% genuine.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Seatsy.
• A contract is formed only once full payment has been received and a booking
• confirmation has been issued.
• Prices may change at any time prior to confirmation.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Orders will not be processed or confirmed until payment has cleared.
• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Ticket Delivery

• All tickets are guaranteed and secured once your booking is confirmed.
• Tickets are typically delivered during the week prior to the event.
• In some cases, tickets may be delivered as late as 1–3 days before the event.
• Delivery method may include mobile transfer, electronic ticket, or other secure format.
• Delivery timelines are dependent on event organisers and suppliers and are outside
• Seatsy’s direct control.

Seatsy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties, provided tickets are delivered in advance of the event.

All tickets will be sent via email.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Once payment has been received and a booking confirmed, this booking is final and non- refundable.

This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Changes to date of fixture / event -- Please be aware, due to TV selections, dates and times of sporting events (especially Football) change regularly.

• Travel issues

• Personal circumstances

• Weather conditions

By placing an order, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Event details may change at the discretion of the organiser.
• Seatsy is not responsible for changes to event schedules, venues, participants, or content.
• Any remedies offered by an organiser are outside Seatsy’s control.

8. Entry & Attendance

• Entry is subject to venue and organiser rules.

• You are responsible for complying with all venue policies and local laws.

• Seatsy is not responsible for refused entry due to late arrival, dress code, or breach of venue rules.

• Please read all emails about your booking, as these will include important information about your booking.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and delivery information
• Ensuring you can legally attend the event
• Safeguarding tickets once delivered

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

• Seatsy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Seatsy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking

• Seatsy is not responsible for acts or omissions of event organisers, venues, or third- party suppliers

11. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including branding, text, and images, remains the property of Seatsy and may not be used without written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
